Hi Dave,
I'd really appreciate your views on how you help teams "see themselves". My experience so far is that they absolutely get the concept of Inter/Extra dependency, however don't see themselves neatly on one or the other camp - they always recognise parts of both. How do you bring this to life with teams so that they are clear on what type of team they are and the implications?

@davekesby yes I've used the team types questionnaire a few times now and found it really helpful data for teams to reflect on their type of team and kick-start the inter-extra discussion and exploration of implications. Love it!
