    Teaming typically focuses on the why, the what and the how of being in a single team. But all of us are in multiple teams. What are the tensions of being in such teams - the tensions the divide us and the tensions that bond us? What choices do we have and which do we tend do take? What do we need to realise for us to thrive in all the teams we contribute to? Is there are place where being in one team enhances our contribution to being in another team?

    We'll discuss all this at the Community of Practice today - 1st December. Please post here your reflections and additional contributions to continue the discussion.

    We're delighted to offer the Team-Type Questionnaire as a free resource whilst we gather user feedback and data. Users will be invited to provide feedback separately. So this forum is to share with other people the experience of using the questionnaire. What did you do with the report? What did you learn? How did you apply the insights? etc.

  • If you've got a question you don't want to be posted publically, then you can use the Chat function (top right), and create a new Chat Room. Then only invite DaveKesby to that room before posting your question, or challenge. He will help you explore it. If you're an organisation with a challenge, feel free to add others to that chat. When you feel ready, we'd love each chat room to post a reflection of their question in a discussion for the benefit of the community.
